Bioinformatics 2016, the 15th annual SocBiN conference 14 — 16 June, 2016

The Society for Bioinformatics in Northern Europe (SocBiN) and Federal Research Center for Biotechnology, Russian Academy of Science welcome you to Bioinformatics 2016, the 15th annual SocBiN conference. The conference aims to bring together researches in computational, mathematical, statistical, and biological sciences in Europe and Russia to present latest results, exchange ideas and develop networks for international collaboration.

Topics we plan to cover include but are not limited to
• Epigenetics
• Regulatory genomics
• Transcriptomics
• Coding and non-coding RNAs
• Protein and structure bioinformatics
• Applications of massive sequencing techniques to medical research
• Systems biology

Scientific program will include keynote lectures, oral and poster presentations.
